ColeDublin & Tattoo Services (operated by Nicholas Labauve)

Effective Date: 5th March 2026

coledublin.com

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or making any prepayment. By completing a booking through https://coledublin.com using the form and scheduling system provided and making any prepayment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to book, prepay for, or receive any tattoo services from ColeDublin. By making a prepayment you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. The artist reserves the right to request valid photo identification (passport, driving licence, or national ID) at any time and may cancel the booking without refund if you cannot prove you are 18 or over.

2. ColeDUblin Services

ColeDublin (operated by Nicholas Labauve) provides custom tattoo design and application services as a sole trader. All appointments are subject to availability and the artist’s final approval. The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Booking Process and Prepayment

  • To secure an appointment you must complete the booking form on https://coledublin.com.
  • A non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment of the prepayment constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms of Service and creates a binding legal agreement between you and Cole Dublin for the full price of the tattoo session you selected.
  • The prepayment is applied toward the final price but is never refundable except in the very limited circumstances explicitly stated in Section 5 below.

4. Binding Agreement & Full Payment Obligation

By making the prepayment you enter into a firm, binding contract to attend the booked session and pay the full agreed price of the tattoo session (prepayment + remaining balance). You acknowledge that the artist reserves the appointment slot exclusively for you and turns away other clients. This creates consideration and makes the contract enforceable for the entire amount.

5. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy (72-Hour Rule)

Cancellations or rescheduling are only permitted with at least 72 hours’ clear notice (excluding weekends and Irish public holidays) before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation can be done through the link provided in your tattoo booking email, however if the link fails to work or the page is nonfunctional or nonexistent then notice must be given in writing by email to cole@coledublin.com.

  • With 72+ hours’ notice: We may, at our sole discretion, offer to reschedule the appointment once. The original prepayment remains non-refundable and will be applied to the new date.
  • Less than 72 hours’ notice, no notice, or no-show: You will be charged the full price of the tattoo session. The prepayment is automatically forfeited and we reserve the right to invoice you (or charge any card on file) for the outstanding balance. Legal action may be taken to recover the full amount plus any collection costs.

No exceptions will be made for illness, travel issues, change of mind, or any other reason unless the artist agrees in writing (which is at the artist’s absolute discretion).

Prepayment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances except where required by Irish law (which we will comply with to the minimum extent necessary).

6. Health, Medical & Allergy Disclaimer

You confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that could be adversely affected by tattooing (including but not limited to skin disorders, blood-borne conditions, immune disorders, pregnancy, keloid scarring, or allergies to ink, latex, or antiseptics). You agree that tattooing is an elective cosmetic procedure and that ColeDublin is not a medical professional. We accept no liability whatsoever for any medical reaction, infection, scarring, allergic response, or any other health-related issue arising from the tattoo, aftercare, or the procedure itself. You receive the tattoo at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColeDublin, its owner, and any representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Any financial loss
  • Loss of earnings
  • Medical expenses
  • Pain and suffering
  • Any legal costs

arising out of or in any way connected with your booking, the tattoo procedure, aftercare, or these Terms.

The artist provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the final appearance, colour, healing, or longevity of any tattoo.

8. Session Duration & Time Usage

The time you have paid for is a fixed session block and includes all design consultation, stencil preparation, actual tattooing, cleaning, aftercare instructions, breaks, and any other interruptions or discussions that may arise during the appointment.

Tattoo sessions that finish earlier than the scheduled end time for any reason (including but not limited to a smaller design than anticipated, client preference, artist efficiency, or any other factor) will not be prorated, credited, or refunded for any unused portion of the time. You agree that the full price remains payable and non-refundable regardless of how much of the scheduled time is actually used for tattooing.

9. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs created by ColeDublin remain the intellectual property of the artist. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to have the design tattooed on your body only. You may not reproduce, sell, or commercially use the design in any way.

10. Client Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully during the appointment. The artist reserves the right to terminate any session immediately (without refund) if you are intoxicated, abusive, or fail to follow aftercare instructions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

The artist and/or his solicitor (or barrister) may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you make your prepayment will apply to that booking.

13. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact the artist at the email address cole@coledublin.com before booking.

By filling out the booking form and making a prepayment on https://coledublin.com you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to every clause above.

Thank you for choosing ColeDublin!
