Montgisard Crucesignatus was my attempt to capture the crusader spirit at the Battle of Montgisard in 1177, where the young King Baldwin IV of Jerusalem, despite his affliction with leprosy, led a vastly outnumbered Crusader force to a miraculous victory against Saladin’s Ayyubid army. This pivotal clash near Ramla in the Levant halted Saladin’s invasion of the Kingdom of Jerusalem, vastly influencing the course of the Crusades and Christian medieval history.

Hi, my name is Cole and I am a Dublin artist.
For years, I’ve painted outside. Especially near St Stephen’s Green, Merrion Square Park, and St Patrick’s Cathedral. 
I’ve been chased out of most corners of the city at least once by the Gardaí or the OPW officers, lol 😂. I finally put together this website to sell and become a blue-chip artist.
