REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required (e.g. order number sent to purchasers email).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING Your RETURNS
To return your product, mail your product to: 75 Gardiner Street Lower, Dublin 1, D01 E125
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the product, I do not refund the return shipping costs.
If you are returning more expensive item(s), you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
In the case of an agreed exchange, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your country location and parcel size.
ITEM(S) BROKEN DURING SHIPPING
I am very sorry if any of the item(s) in your order were damaged during shipping. If you find any of the items in your order damaged upon arrival please contact me at cole@coledublin.com within 30 days with your order number and a picture of the damaged item(s). I will do my best to find a solution.
